Join Panda Whisky Club at Peko Panda for a six-whisky tasting with Gordon & MacPhail (G&M), one of Scotland’s long-established independent bottlers.

Founded in Elgin in 1895, the family-owned company brings over 130 years of whisky experience. For generations, G&M matched spirit from distilleries across Scotland with casks made to its specifications, allowing each whisky to mature until it was ready to bottle. This approach brings together the three elements behind our theme: Spirit, Cask and Time.

This session explores the Distillery Labels, Connoisseurs Choice and Discovery ranges: from Speyside sherry casks to the Tomatin and Glen Grant cask releases, ending with the island smoke of Ledaig.

1. Glentauchers 2008 — 15YO, 46% ABV, Speyside. Sherry casks. Distillery Labels.

2. Linkwood — 15YO, 46% ABV, Speyside. Sherry casks. Distillery Labels.

3. Ardmore 2003 — 18YO, 46% ABV, Highland. Sherry casks. Distillery Labels.

4. Tomatin 2009 — 15YO, 52.8% ABV, Highland. Refill bourbon barrel #1438; batch 24/093, 207 bottles. Connoisseurs Choice.

5. Glen Grant 2009 — 16YO, 56.0% ABV, Speyside. Refill sherry hogshead #900933; batch 25/042, 261 bottles. Connoisseurs Choice.

6. Ledaig — 12YO, 43% ABV, Isle of Mull. Discovery Range, smoky.

Six whiskies, 20ml each, for both ticket types.

Friday, 27 November 2026. All times are London local time.

• Asian Fusion Set Meal + Tasting: arrive at 17:00 for dining; tasting starts at 19:00.

• Standard Tasting: doors at 18:30; tasting starts at 19:00.

• Last admission: 19:00.

Choose your ticket

• Standard Tasting — £15: admission and six whiskies, 20ml each. Food is not included.

• Asian Fusion Set Meal + Tasting — £28: one set meal at 17:00, followed by the same six-whisky tasting at 19:00. View the menu in the restaurant.

On-the-night prize draw

• First prize: one bottle of Benromach 15 Year Old, from Gordon & MacPhail’s own Speyside distillery.

• Second prize: one box of six G&M-branded Glencairn glasses.

• Third prize: two hand-blown G&M glass pipettes.

Holders of either ticket type who attend in person are eligible for the on-the-night draw. A booking without attendance does not qualify. This is an in-person event draw, separate from the website’s online giveaways.

Refunds and transfers

Refund requests must be submitted before 19:00 on 25 November 2026 (Europe/London), at least 48 hours before the tasting starts. Requests received at or after this deadline will not be accepted. Tickets may be transferred to a friend. This policy applies to both ticket types. If the organiser cancels the event, ticket payments will be refunded in full.
