MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Eligibility

Membership and alcohol-related events are for people aged 18 or over. Valid photo ID may be required at the venue. Membership is personal and must not be transferred.

Community membership

Community membership is currently free. Registration does not guarantee entry to a sold-out event. Reservations remain unpaid unless explicitly marked as paid or confirmed by the organiser.

Panda annual membership

The proposed Panda membership is £30 per year. Paid membership is not yet on sale. Final benefits, renewal terms, refunds and payment details will be shown before checkout when Stripe payments launch.

Founding 100 and member governance

The first 100 members who complete email verification while seats remain are assigned a permanent Founding Circle seat. Eligible governance decisions follow one verified member, one vote. Contribution points may support proposal priority, candidate eligibility, recognition and rewards, but do not multiply voting weight. Governance procedures may be refined before the first formal vote and will be published to eligible members.

Events and conduct

Event details may change. Members must treat guests, staff and partners respectfully. Unsafe, abusive or unlawful behaviour may lead to removal without refund.

Points, records and appeals

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Rewards apply only to genuine verified activity. The club may reverse points obtained through duplicate, automated or misleading registrations. Point changes are recorded, and members may submit an appeal if they believe a record is incorrect.

Prize draws

Every prize draw will have separate rules including free entry, eligibility, closing time, prize, selection method and collection requirements. No purchase will be required unless the rules provide a lawful equivalent free route.
