PRIVACY NOTICE

What we collect

Name, email, age confirmation, membership status, event bookings, points, referral activity and communication preferences. We never ask a member to upload a friend’s contact details.

Why we use it

To create and secure your account, manage club membership and events, prevent misuse, and—only with your consent—send Panda Dispatch and event updates.

Sharing and retention

Data is stored with our contracted technology providers and shared only where needed to operate the club or meet legal obligations. We keep account records while membership is active and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Transactional account and booking messages are separate from marketing consent.
